Wittner is committed to providing high-quality leather footwear, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer flexible returns within 30 days of delivery for your peace of mind. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original Wittner shoebox and secure it inside a mailing satchel or sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at a designated drop-off point to have the label printed for you.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel over to your local postal service or drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy while our team prepares to process your refund or exchange.
